The District Citizen Protection Council organised an award conferral ceremony of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial Painting Competition at St. Mary's College, Thrissur.  The Programme was inaugurated by Dr. R. Bindu, Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education, Kerala.
